Item Insurance on C4 x1​

Many players often ask themselves: "Can we protect our items from theft?"
The world of Lineage 2 is famous not only for epic battles and confrontations but also for numerous types of fraud.
The most unpleasant of these is often the betrayal of trust.

All players sometimes give access to their character to friends or clanmates, putting their character's possessions at risk of being stolen.

We decided to introduce an item insurance service to protect especially valuable items from loss through non-game methods.

Agents have appeared in Ivory Tower and Giran Warehouse, allowing you to purchase an insurance policy for your items.​

Cost and types of insurance policies:​ 6 months - 20 CoL 12 months - 30 CoL *Any policy allows you to insure 1 to 3 items. If you need to insure more, purchase another policy.

How to use the service:​

1. Teleport to Ivory Tower (Underground shopping area) or Giran Warehouse
2. Purchase insurance for the desired period from NPC Eve
3. Place the item you want to insure in your inventory. Until the insurance procedure is complete, the items must remain in the character's inventory
4. Create a ticket titled: "I want to insure an item" and specify:

• Your desire to insure items
• Character name
• Full names of the items
• Time of insurance purchase
• Insurance validity period

IMPORTANT! The insurance service only applies to items that are lost through non-game methods (for example, if you entrusted your character's login details to not-so-trustworthy people).

Additional information:

• If the enchantment level of an insured item changes - you MUST report this to technical support. Otherwise, the item will lose its insurance.
• If the policyholder's name changes, you must report the presence of insured items in a ticket!
• If you voluntarily cancel the insurance, you cannot use the active policy to extend the insurance.
• If you pick up someone else's insured item after it was dropped, contact technical support to request the removal of the insurance from the item.
• Insured epic jewelry has the Insured note in its name.
• Upon expiration of the insurance period, the item is returned to the policyholder.
