Welcome to La2Era!​

If you are installing the game client for the first time, or just want to make sure you are doing everything correctly, this guide will walk you through the entire process step by step. Follow the instructions below — and soon you will be in the game world.

Master Account Registration​

On the main page of the website, click the "Start Game" button.
You will be directed to the Master Account registration page. Fill in the required fields: Email Password Captcha Agreements Click the "Register" button.
After successfully registering your Master Account, proceed to log in: Click the "Personal Account" button. Enter your login details. Click the "Login" button.

Creating a Game Account​

In your Personal Account, select the server.
Click "Create Game Account".
Enter the required information. Click the "Create Account" button.

Important!!!​

When registering your first game account, you will receive an email containing:

• PIN code
• Login
• Password
  
  Save your PIN code for convenience and to avoid difficulties. You will need it for resetting and changing your password, resetting HWID binding, as well as for some technical support services.

Installing the Game Client​

Players can obtain the launcher via the email sent to the address provided during Master Account registration, or by requesting it from technical support.

*The special button can be found in the emails sent when creating a Master Account, creating a game account, or when resetting your password/PIN code.

Place the downloaded launcher into a separate folder. Important! The path to the client folder must not contain Cyrillic characters.
HF x3 Server Launcher: Launch the launcher and click "Download". After all files have finished downloading, click "Play".
C4 x1 Server Launcher: Launch the launcher. The client installation will begin. If this does not happen automatically, click "Download". After all files have finished downloading, click "Play".

Logging In and Starting the Game on the Server​

After successfully installing and launching the client: Enter your game account login and password in the login window (don't forget to create it in your Personal Account). Click "Log In to the Game".
Accept the terms and conditions Select a proxy You will be taken to the character selection window: Create your character Enter the game Set off to conquer the game world of La2Era

Adding the Game Client Folder to Antivirus Exceptions​

First, right-click on the Start button and go to Settings. *You can simply press the Win + I shortcut. Note: The visual appearance may vary depending on your Windows version.

Next, follow the examples in the screenshots. In Settings, find the section: Update & Security
Find the line - Windows Security and go to: Virus & threat protection
In the window that opens, we are interested in the section - Virus & threat protection settings. Go to: Manage settings
Scroll down until you find the section - Exclusions. Click: Add or remove exclusions
In the window that opens, click - Add an exclusion Here we are interested in the folder option
Find the game client folder on your PC and add it. *Reminder: The path to the game client folder must not contain Cyrillic characters. Use only English letters.
Done! Your antivirus will no longer flag the game client.
