How to Start the Game

1. Register a Master Account. The Master Account allows you to manage all game accounts using a single Personal Account.
2. Add the required number of game accounts on your MA.
3. To fully install a patched client from scratch, we recommend using an updater. To do this, you need to download the updater from our site, put it in an empty folder and run it. The updater will install everything necessary for the game on our server.
4. You can also install it manually. To do this, you need:

1. If you don't have a C4 client, download a clean client from our site.
2. Install a patch for the game:
3. Download the patch from our site.
4. Unpack in the game folder.
5. To install the patch via the updater run it in the game folder

Launch the game via L2.exe from the System folder or the "Start" button of the updater.
To log in, use the game account that was added to the MA.

If you want to use the English version of the game, you must enter the game world through system_eng folder. To switch the NPC dialog language use the command .menu.​

Having problems with the launch?

1. 
   Make sure that the client is added to the antivirus exceptions.
2. Disable Windows defender.
3. Most critical client errors can be resolved by updating via the updater.
4. Make sure that you have the latest version of video drivers and DirectX. Download is available on the following links:
   • NVIDIA drivers
   • AMD drivers
   • Microsoft DirectX
