Change Character Name
1. To change a character's name, create a ticket titled "Change Character Name", specifying the name to be changed and the desired name.
2. CoL must be in the balance of the Personal Account on which the character requesting the service is located.
  • Name changes to Russian are applied only after a server restart.
  • The name must be unique (not taken) and must not violate the project's rules.

Change Character Sex
1. To change sex, create a ticket titled "Change Character Sex", specifying the character's name and desired sex.
2. CoL must be in the balance of the Personal Account on which the character requesting the service is located.
  • If the character has subclasses, you must switch to the main class before submitting the ticket.

Change Clan Name
1. The clan leader must create a ticket in Technical Support through the Personal Account titled "Change Clan Name", specifying the current and desired clan name.
2. CoL must be in the balance of the Personal Account on which the character requesting the service (who is the clan leader) is located.
  • The clan name must be unique (not taken) and must not violate the project's rules.

Change Ally Name
1. The alliance leader must create a ticket in Technical Support through the Personal Account titled "Change Ally Name", specifying the current and desired alliance name.
2. CoL must be in the balance of the Personal Account on which the character requesting the service (who is the alliance leader) is located.
  • The alliance name must be unique (not taken) and must not violate the project's rules.

Change Master Account E-Mail
1. To change the email, create a ticket titled "Change Email", specifying the current and desired email.
2. You must reset your PIN code and provide the new PIN code in the ticket.
3. CoL must be in the balance of the Personal Account on which the character requesting the service is located.

Transfer Character to Another Account
1. To transfer a character, create a support request titled "Character Transfer".
2. The request must be created from the account where the character to be transferred is located.
3. The request must specify the account and character name being transferred from and the account to which the character will be transferred.
4. The player must reset their PIN code and provide the new PIN code in the ticket.
5. CoL must be in the balance of the Personal Account on which the character requesting the service is located.

Log Parsing
1. In the request, you must provide as much information as possible about the incident, including item names, date and time, and character nicknames.
2. The service includes only log parsing. Item restoration is not provided as part of this service.
3. CoL must be in the balance of the Personal Account on which the character requesting the service is located.
  • Logs are parsed only for the last 3 months.
  • Log parsing takes 7 to 14 days.

Delete Character
1. To delete a character, create a ticket titled "Delete Character", specifying the character's name to be deleted.
2. CoL must be in the balance of the Personal Account on which the character requesting the service is located.
  • Deletion of characters is irreversible.
  • Items deleted along with the character will not be restored.

Delevel Character
1. To delevel a character, create a ticket titled "Delevel Character", specifying the character's name and the level to which you want to reduce the current level.
2. CoL must be in the balance of the Personal Account on which the character requesting the service is located.
  • Payment is charged for each level. If you need to delevel from 40 to 30, the cost will be 30 CoL.
  • Experience points (EXP) and Skill points (SP) are not compensated.
  • After the service is provided, changes cannot be reversed (leveling back up).

Delete / Delevel Skill
1. To delete/delevel a skill, create a ticket with the appropriate title, specifying the skill names and all necessary information.
2. CoL must be in the balance of the Personal Account on which the character requesting the service is located.
  • Payment is charged for each skill change.
  • Experience points (EXP) and Skill points (SP) are not compensated.
  • After the service is provided, changes cannot be reversed (skill restoration, leveling back up).

Resetting the HWID Binding
1. To reset HWID binding, create a ticket titled "Request to remove HWID binding".
2. The procedure requires filling out a questionnaire via the link:

It is important to answer all questions as accurately as possible.
  • If the data matches, the binding is removed.
  • If the data does not match, the funds for the service will not be refunded to the player.

An additional service can be ordered by writing a ticket to technical support.
The ticket title must match the name of the additional service and contain all details.
Payment is deducted only from the balance of the Personal Account on which the character requesting the service is located. Exceptions are made when the player has transferred coins to the character within 24 hours before submitting the ticket.
