• Process of changing the clan leader

Cost - 50 CoL (must be with the character of the current Clan Leader)

1. The current CL must submit a request to the technical support through the Personal Account with the name "Change of Clan Leader". In the request, you need to specify the name of the clan and the nickname of the character to whom leadership is transferred.
2. The new CL must submit a request that confirms the wish to become the clan leader.​

• Process of changing the mail attached to the Master Account

Cost - 50 CoL (must be on the balance of the Master Account)

1. The player must submit a request to the technical support.
2. The player must restore the PIN code and enter the new PIN code in the ticket.

• Process of changing the clan name

Cost - 30 CoL (must be with the character of the Leader's Clan)

1. The clan Leader must submit a request to the technical support through the Personal Account with the name "Change the name of the clan".
2. In the request, you need to specify the desired name of the clan.

• Process of changing a character's gender

Cost - 20 CoL

1. CoL must be in the character's inventory
   
2. To change a character's nickname, you need to submit a request to the technical support with the name "change a character's nickname", in which you specify the desired nickname.

Important: If the character has sub-classes, it must be switched to the main class before submitting the ticket.
